Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to shop with confidence at Home Supplies4Less. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair Return & Refund process to assist you.

This policy applies to all products including Kitchen Faucets, Bathroom Faucets, and Kitchen Sinks.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

✔ The product is unused
✔ The item is in original packaging (box, manuals, accessories intact)
✔ No installation marks, scratches, dents, or pipe fittings have been applied
✔ The return request is submitted within the allowed time period

Installed or used products are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Request Window

Customers may request a return within:

🕒 7–30 days of delivery (final duration depends on store policy preference)

3. Return Approval Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

• A return authorization will be issued
• A prepaid return shipping label may be provided depending on the case
• Product must be shipped back within the stated return period

No return will be accepted if the item is sent back without prior approval.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

❌ Installed or used faucets / sinks
❌ Items with visible damage after opening
❌ Products without original packaging
❌ Custom orders or clearance sale products
❌ Damage caused by improper installation, chemical cleaners, or misuse


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

✔ Refund will be issued to the original payment method
✔ Refund processing may take 3–10 business days
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the product is returned damaged or used, partial or no refund may be issued.


6. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

You must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery at

Home Supplies4Less may provide prepaid return shipping for incorrect deliveries.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives defective, cracked, leaking, or damaged:

• Take photos / videos as proof
• Report to us within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep original packaging intact

After evaluation, a replacement or refund will be processed.
